Cuiling Jiang est titulaire d’un doctorat en science de gestion. Elle est actuellement professeure associée à KEDGE (campus de Bordeaux). Ses thèmes de recherche concernent principalement les pratiques de RH des entreprises multinationales, la comparaison des pratiques managériales entre les entreprises européennes et asiatiques, la gestion des différences culturelles, la gestion du changement et l’agilité, les comportements au travail, ainsi que la gestion des connaissances au travail.
